  • Company goals translated to KPI's for the maintenance department
  • Definition of frequency, measuring method and owner (manager, planner, reliability, engineer, supervisor, technicians) for each KPI
  • Developed KPI dashboards for tracking and visualizing maintenance KPI targets vs KPI actuals
  • Defined how to react when the KPI targets are not realized
