Construction manager rotating equipment turnaround
Location: Within a 100 km radius around Maastricht, Netherlands
Description:
- Responsible for the general VGM, quality, progress and costs of implementation
- Managing the quality and progress of the assigned work.
- Managing the observance of the applicable licenses and procedures for CGM-policy
- Managing a proper cooperation between the employees under his management
- Providing proper mutual agreements with regard to reciprocal influences between contractors
- Reporting the daily progress & bottlenecks to the planners
- Conveying the transfer documentation including the "as built" documents
- Responding to acute danger and non-observance of regulations
- Filing and/or technical approval of scope changes
- Signing as CM-person of his stop points on the transfer sheet
- Reports back to the Turnaround Manager
Profile:
- Technical College Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineer
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, particularly steam generators and turbo compressors
- Demonstrated experience as construction manager Rot. Eq. in projects and or turnarounds in the process industry
- Experienced in working (under time pressure) with contractors
- Aware of quality and safety
- Holder of a valid VCA1 and VCA2 certificate
