Objective:

As a Consultant you will be actively involved in projects for large and/or medium large manufacturers (and their suppliers) in the field of technical, management, or system consulting.

 

A number of duties are:

Achieves performance standards and PI’s M&S and service. Achieves turnover targets at imposed gross margins. Performs an active role in creating follow-up/spin-off with existing customers. Actively supports in marketing and in the development of methods/tools. Aimed at providing operational advice in projects.

Also you must act and report in conformity with the existing structures and systems. You must proactively work on your own development/performance based on a personal development plan. Obviously, you must actively participate in programmes within PDM for the development of the desired culture and mutual collaboration.
