• Achieves performance standards and PI’s M&S and service.
• Achieves turnover targets at imposed gross margins.
• Performs an active role in creating follow-up/spin-off with existing customers.
• Actively supports in marketing and in the development of methods/tools. Aimed at providing operational advice in projects.
• Also you must act and report in conformity with the existing structures and systems.
• You must proactively work on your own development/performance based on a personal development plan.
• Obviously, you must actively participate in programmes within PDM for the development of the desired culture and mutual collaboration.
