Mr. R. Bornhofen

Mr. R. Bornhofen worked for M.M.Warburg in Hamburg and Chemical Bank in New York as well as for BP Chemicals in London and Compagnie Francaise de Petroles in Paris between 1967 and 1971.

He held various management positions in Hoechst AG between 1971 and 1979 and in Group Hüls AG (Marketing Manager PVC, CEO Hüls Troisdorf AG, CEO Vestolit Holding GmbH) from 1980 until 1999.  

From 2000 onwards he worked as CEO of Vestolit Holding GmbH, a Private Equity company, and since 2006 he has been active in Private Consulting.
